Does eating certain foods help your sex drive burst out from wherever its been hiding? You might laugh at this idea but a number of doctors recommend eating certain food for improving sex drive. These foods have been used traditionally to improve the libido in men and women. Also called love foods, they are known to improve both your mood and appetite for sex.


1.Oysters - The love drug

Taken together, all the benefits can have a positive effect on your libido.

3.Chocolate - The perfect kick for your libido

Chocolate is something that you closely associate with romance, passion and sex.. The association is immediate, so there must be something behind the rationale. It's full of antioxidants and also contains phenylethylamine, a chemical that enhances your sense of excitement and well being. Many people consider chocolate to be an aphrodisiac. So, no harm in trying it out.

If you think about it, the region where they are coming from is closely associated with passion, daredevilry, beautiful women and of course love making. 5.Asparagus - Suggestion is everything

Many people believe that it is the suggestive shape of the asparagus that has made people think it's going to boost their sex drive. This can be the case, but there is something more to the asparagus, and that is folate. It's a B complex vitamin and boosts the production of histamine. This, as medical experts will tell you, is very important if you want a healthy sex drive. So, if you have an empty patch in your garden, why not plant some asparagus? Make it an important part of your diet and rest assured, you'll never see a dip in your sex drive.

6.Celery - A puny little thing packing a punch

You look at celery and and say to yourself "This is not something that's going to jack up my libido". But you are wrong. Doctors say that celery increases the levels of man's pheromone in his sweat. This makes him attractive to women. But there is a word of caution. You need to make sure that celery is organic.
